1884 gold Sovereign - Victoria Young Head is a 22 carat gold coin. The M mint mark denotes it was produced at the Melbourne Mint in Australia.
The Young Head obverse was used between 1871 and 1887. It was designed by William Wyon, chief engraver at the Royal Mint.
