Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000 (up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.
Delivery is free and fully insured, but there is a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders over 1.6kg will be sent via UPS, with a 3-4 day delivery estimate (subject to change due to Covid-19). Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to FedEx for quicker shipping.
Orders over $40,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days. All parcels will need to be signed for upon delivery*.
*due to Covid-19 distancing guidelines, signatures are not being taken upon delivery at present.

Order tracking is a great way for customers to follow their parcel as it travels from our vaults in Birmingham, England, to whichever part of the United States of America you're in, giving you peace of mind that your order is safe with whichever service you have chosen for delivery.
UPS shipping is expected to take 2 - 3 working days from dispatch to reach New York and New Jersey, and 3 - 4 working days for the rest of the United States.
Please note: The delivery estimates are provided by FedEx and UPS. These are based on average delivery times and are occasionally longer. Your parcel is fully insured until you sign for it.
US Import Charges:
Due to American import rules, customers should be aware that they are liable for any local Sales Tax associated with the import of their goods. Sales taxes have to be paid by yourself before your goods can be cleared through customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to collect sales taxes prior to shipping.
California: The California State Purchase Tax is due on any orders which are less than $1,500. This tax can be added on by us to orders before customers pay, but only once we have received our Tax Permit from the State of California.
