The 1996 American Five Dollar proof gold coin, celebrating the 1996 Olympic Games - held in Atlanta - and 100 years since the birth of the modern Olympics.
The obverse side was designed by Patricia Verani and John Mercanti. It features an athlete carrying the US flag, with fellow athletes waving from behind. The USA initials and the Olympic rings are also present.
The reverse, designed by William J. Krawczewicz and modelled by Thomas D. Rogers Sr, features the Atlanta Olympic logo flanked by laurel leaves.
This proof coin has been graded by the PCGS as MS70 - their highest quality rating.
Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000(up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.
