Rare Russian 1819 5 Rouble Gold coin from the reign of Alexander I. As of March 2020 only 3 better examples have ever been graded by PCGS or NGC grading companies. The Cyrillic letters 'СПБ' (which we have represented through their similarity to the English letters 'CNB') show that this coin was minted at the Saint Petersburg Mint.

Reverse
Crowned, double-headed eagle with shield of Russia at centre. Initials М.Ф. below represent the mint master Mikhail Fedorov.
Text around the edge reads: 'Пять рублей 1819 года' (Five roubles from the year 1819).
