Shipping Options

Orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000 (up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.
Delivery is free and fully insured, but there is a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders over 1.6kg will be sent via UPS, with a 3-4 day delivery estimate. Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to FedEx for quicker shipping.
Orders over $40,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days. All parcels are fully insured until confirmed as delivered by the courier.

Frequently Asked Questions
How are my goods sent?
All parcels are fully insured until confirmed as delivered by the courier. When your items are dispatched, you will be sent an online tracking number. We have a "goods in carriage" insurance policy underwritten at Lloyds of London which covers each package for up to $50,000. We can accept no liability for items once signed for at work addresses or condominiums.
For ALL sales of bullion sales we may request customers to provide identification so we can follow anti-money-laundering guidelines. If you are buying on behalf of a company we may require further information, please call us for guidance.
Can I change my shipping address?
Due to security reasons, we are unable to change shipping addresses from one residential address to another. With a high number of attempted fraudulent transactions and identity theft, we are unable to send orders to different residential addresses from those other than where the bank account is registered.
Please note shipping addresses cannot be changed for orders paid by card under any circumstances. Orders placed online with a card can only be delivered to the same address where the card is registered, otherwise the card issuer's insurance cover will not apply.
What happens if I am not at home to take delivery?
A while you were out card will be left by the courier so that you can rearrange delivery for another day or collect from your local sorting office/depot taking ID with you. All parcels are fully insured until confirmed as delivered by the courier.
