2021 1/10oz Krugerrand Gold Coin

A brand new 2021 tenth ounce South African Krugerrand gold coin.

The gold Krugerrand has been the premier global one ounce gold coin since it's introduction in 1967. Thanks to its success the half-ounce, quarter-ounce, and tenth-ounce gold Krugerrands were introduced in 1980 and have been manufactured with the same specifications and design ever since.

The South African 10^th oz Krugerrand is minted in a 22-carat gold copper-gold alloy making it much more resistant to scratches compared to coins minted in pure gold. Because of this the coin weighs more than a 1/10 troy ounce (3.39 grams) so that it contains exactly a 1/10 troy ounce (3.11 grams) of fine (24 carat) gold.
