Description

1870 20 French Francs gold coin. This was the least minted version of the Napoleon III Laureate coin, with less than a million coins with this year and mint struck.

This version has the Laureate head portrait of Napoleon III and the reverse has the value and year with the imperial coat of arms. The text reads NAPOLEON III EMPEREUR and EMPIRE FRANCAIS. The "A" mint mark indicates that the coin was minted in Paris.

Fully Insured Delivery

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000(up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.
