The service in general is 1st class, ordered & on its way & delivered by hand the following day last time, can't argue with that though normally it can take a little longer but not much. The gold itself is nicely packaged & been stored, for me it is an investment, if I am honest I assumed it would be heavier for what it is but I am new to this & have probably watched to many episodes of "Aussie Gold Hunters". I am pleased with the research I have done into companies, & I am satisfied with Bullion by post & intend to do more business with them in the future
