The gold Proof 1p coin featuring the segment of the Royal Shield by Matthew Dent, and the 4th Portrait by Ian Rank-Broadley. This design featured on the circulating 1p coinage since 2008.
The coin looks the same as a regular 1p piece, but is struck in 22 carat gold and contains 6.3983 grams of pure gold.
Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000(up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.
Delivery is free and fully insured, but there is a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders over 1.6kg will be sent via UPS,with a 3-4 day delivery estimate (subject to change due toCovid-19). Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to FedEx for quicker shipping.
