The Royal Mint did not produce a sovereign in 1977 but there was a proof Isle of Man Sovereign produced by the Pobjoy Mint as part of proof sets only. The 1977 Gold Isle of Man Sovereign featuring Queen Elizabeth II and a Norse warrior on horseback is provided in a plastic capsule. There are some small fine scratches on this coin but overall the condition is very good
