Description

The last year that King George V sovereigns were minted in London. The coin was relatively scarce until the Mint began issuing an additional 886,000 coins in the late forties and early fifities - much to the dismay of collectors. These restrikes are indistinguishable from the originals unfortunately. The 1925 Gold Sovereign featuring King George V and the George Dragon design is provided in a plastic capsule. The lack of mintmark denotes the London Mint.

Fully Insured Delivery

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000(up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.

Delivery is free and fully insured, but there is a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders over 1.6kg will be sent via UPS,with a 3-4 day delivery estimate (subject to change due toCovid-19). Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to FedEx for quicker shipping.
