2019 One Ounce Gold Britannia Coins.

A British bullion gold coin first introduced in 1987 with a face value of £100.00 as a 22-carat coin. The Britannia is now a fine gold coin made in 24-carat since 2013.

The coin features the fifth and most recent portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, first introduced in 2015. It was designed by the Royal Mint's own engraver, Jody Clark, and - like the third portrait - sees the Queen wearing the King George IV State Diadem. This is the crown that is typically worn for the annual State Opening of Parliament.

All of our coins are sent out in protective plastic capsules, though every 10 coins will be grouped in a protective Royal Mint coin tube.

Fully Insured Delivery

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000(up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.

Delivery is free and fully insured, but there is a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders over 1.6kg will be sent via UPS,with a 3-4 day delivery estimate (subject to change due toCovid-19). Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to FedEx for quicker shipping.
