Description

1975 Hong Kong $1000 gold coin celebrating the Royal visit. The obverse of the coin features the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.

This thousand dollar gold coin series was first minted for the Queen's visit to Hong Kong in 1975. The coin proved popular, as they were minted each year until 1987, and a few special years after that. Each year features the specific animal from the Chinese lunar calendar except the 1975 and 1986 version to celebrate the Royal Visit of Queen Elizabeth II.

Fully Insured Delivery

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000(up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.

Delivery is free and fully insured, but there is a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders over 1.6kg will be sent via UPS,with a 3-4 day delivery estimate (subject to change due toCovid-19). Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to FedEx for quicker shipping.
