Description

This 2025 Proof gold Sovereign 3-coin set features a Sovereign, Half Sovereign and a Quarter Sovereign.

These 2025 proof Sovereign coins have been struck using specially selected blanks and highly polished dies. During striking, the coinage dies exert enormous pressure on the coin blank, with at least two separate blows (or strikes), ensuring that the impression has extra clarity.

This year's range features a special recreation of the Royal Arms Shield design by Jean Baptiste Merlen on the reverse, featured 200 years ago on the 1825 Sovereign. The obverse of the coin features the official effigy of His Majesty King Charles III by Martin Jennings. The mint have also confirmed the 2025 Sovereign range will be the final year to use rose gold, and will return to a yellow gold alloy from next year.

The set comes presented in a beautiful Royal Mint box and contains a certificate of authenticity. Limited to 650 sets.

Fully Insured Delivery

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000(up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.

Delivery is free and fully insured, but there is a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders over 1.6kg will be sent via UPS,with a 3-4 day delivery estimate (subject to change due toCovid-19). Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to FedEx for quicker shipping.
