This coin was issued to celebrate the 90th birthday of HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Prince Philip was born on 10 June 1921. He is the great, great-grandchild of Queen Victoria and is in line of succession to thrones in 16 countries.

This mint-condition Five Pound Proof gold coin (also known as a Crown, or Quintuple Sovereign) is beautifully packaged in a wooden case with felt lining and also carries a numbered Certificate of Authenticity. This coin is limited to a maximum of 1,200 issues worldwide.
