The 2022 Snowman and Snowdog gold Proof fifty pence piece.

The latest Snowman coin from The Royal Mint. This year's edition also features the Snowdog. The Snowman and The Snowdog released in 2012, and is the sequel to the 1982 short film The Snowman. This coin has been issued to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the release of the sequel and shows the titular characters together on the reverse of the coin. The obverse of the coin features Jody Clark's Fifth Portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, making this one of the final coins to depict Her Majesty.

This Proof fifty pence coin weighs 15.5 grams, and is struck with 22 carat gold. It comes in a beautiful presentation box, complete with a certificate of authenticity and full colour booklet on the character.

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000(up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.

Delivery is free and fully insured, but there is a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders over 1.6kg will be sent via UPS,with a 3-4 day delivery estimate (subject to change due toCovid-19). Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to FedEx for quicker shipping.
