The 2023 Yale of Beaufort Proof 1oz gold coin is the third Proof release in the new Royal Tudor Beasts Collection from The Royal Mint. Like the Queen's Beasts series, the collection will feature 10 'Beasts', this time consisting of statues that line the Moat Bridge at Hampton Court.
The Yale of Beaufort is one of the most distinctive beasts in this series. It is similar to a goat but has the tusks of a wild boar and the tail of a lion. This statue also bears a shield with the arms of Jane Seymour, Henry VIII's third wife.
This coin contains one troy ounce of pure 999.9 gold. As with other coins from The Royal Mint, it is considered legal tender and is therefore exempt from Capital Gains Tax. It will also be VAT-free as investment gold.
This Proof one ounce (31.1g) coin is presented in a handsome presentation box and comes with a certificate of authenticity and full colour booklet.

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000(up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.
Delivery is free and fully insured, but there is a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders over 1.6kg will be sent via UPS,with a 3-4 day delivery estimate (subject to change due toCovid-19). Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to FedEx for quicker shipping.
