The 6th of May 2023 is an historic day in British History as we celebrate the first coronation of the 21st century with the crowning of His Majesty King Charles III.

BullionByPost are proud to offer this exquisite 1/4 oz proof gold coin from The Royal Mint to mark this historic occasion. It features a regal portrait of King Charles III by Martin Jennings, wearing the Tudor Crown. The reverse showcases a detailed design by John Bergdahl, featuring the Royal Coat of Arms surrounded by the text "Honi soit qui mal y pense" (shamed be whoever thinks ill of it) and a beautiful floral pattern including the emblems of the United Kingdom - the rose, thistle, daffodil and shamrock.

The coin cointains a quarter of an ounce of 999.9 pure gold, as a proof coin it has a highly polished finish and was struck multiple times with specially prepared dies to give it a sharp, detailed design. It comes in an official Royal Mint box with a thoughtfully prepared booklet making this a wonderful keepsake to remember such a momentous occasion.

Fully Insured Delivery

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000(up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.

Delivery is free and fully insured, but there is a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders over 1.6kg will be sent via UPS,with a 3-4 day delivery estimate (subject to change due toCovid-19). Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to FedEx for quicker shipping.
