The 2022 Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Proof Piedfort Sovereign coin from The Royal Mint. This coin will be struck using 22 carat gold, and as a Piedfort (double thickness) Sovereign will weigh 15.98 grams. This coin is struck to Proof quality for a highly detailed finish. The Memorial Piedfort Sovereign has a maximum coin mintage of 2,032 coins.

The 2022 Memorial Proof Piedfort Sovereign is the first of this iconic British coin series to feature the new King Charles III portrait by Martin Jennings. The reverse of each coin features a beautifully intricate depiction of the Royal Arms by Jody Clark, and marks the life and legacy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The coin is supplied in presentation case with certificate, and is sure to be an extremely popular coin with collectors, bookmarking the new transition for this series to King Charles III going forward.

Fully Insured Delivery

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000(up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.

Delivery is free and fully insured, but there is a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders over 1.6kg will be sent via UPS,with a 3-4 day delivery estimate (subject to change due toCovid-19). Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to FedEx for quicker shipping.
