The 2022 Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II silver Proof £5 coin is one of several coins issued by The Royal Mint to honour the life and service of the late queen.

As with all coins in the range, the obverse (front) of the coin features Martin Jenning's portrait of King Charles III for the first time, making it a historic release. The reverse features a beautiful dual image design of Queen Elizabeth II by John Bergdahl and The Royal Mint.

This Proof five pound coin (Crown) is struck in sterling silver (.925) and weighs a total of 28.28g. It is presented in a handsome presentation box and comes with a certificate of authenticity and full colour booklet.

Please note - The Royal Mint has advised that these products are not likely to be available for delivery until late December at the earliest, but they will be available to purchase from 9am (BST) on Monday 3rd October.

Fully Insured Delivery

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000(up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.

Delivery is free and fully insured, but there is a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders over 1.6kg will be sent via UPS,with a 3-4 day delivery estimate (subject to change due toCovid-19). Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to FedEx for quicker shipping.
