Description

1985 1/10ounce Krugerrand. The Tenth Ounce Krugerrand is the smallest Krugerrand available. The one-tenth ounce, is 91.67 percent pure gold (22-karat) and has 3.11 grams of gold. It is 1.35 millimeters thick and 16.55 millimeter in diameter. The edge of the Krugerrand is etched with exactly one hundred-fifteen lines. The Krugerrand is minted in Germiston, South Africa at the Rand Refinery.

On the front of the Krugerrand (the obverse side) is a profile of Paul Kruger and on the back (or the reverse side) of the coin is a springbok. These images were designed by Coert Steynbert, an African sculptor.

Fully Insured Delivery

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the United States under $500 will be sent with the Royal Mail International Service, while anything between $500-$2,000 will be sent with FedEx. Orders greater than $2,000(up to $40,000) will be sent by UPS.

Delivery is free and fully insured, but there is a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders over 1.6kg will be sent via UPS,with a 3-4 day delivery estimate (subject to change due toCovid-19). Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to FedEx for quicker shipping.
