Originally denominated as a 50 Million Lira coin, the new Turkish Lira was introduced in 2005 which effectively removed 6 zeros from currency issued before that time. This coin is struck in 18kt Gold. It features a Golden Eagle with a small diamond in the eye. Test reads AQUILA CHRYSSAETOS and TURKIYE CUMHURIYETI
